1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to health, safety, or quality reasons:
Perishable goods (fresh food, fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen items, meat, bakery, etc.)
Personal care and hygiene products (toothbrushes, cosmetics, sanitary items, etc.)
Gift cards or digital products
Items sold as final sale/discounted
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the order:
MTN Mobile Money → refunded to the same number
Airtel Money → refunded to the same number
Credit/Debit Card or PayPal → refunded to the same account
Cash on Delivery → refunded in cash
Refunds are issued within 48 hours after inspection and approval of the returned item.
4. Exchanges
Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect can be exchanged for the same product at no extra cost.
If the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
5. Delivery Issues
Please check your items immediately upon delivery. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, notify the rider or contact us within 24 hours for a quick resolution.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
Buyzoo24 provides free return pick-up for eligible items within the 3-day return period.
If the return is due to customer preference (not damage/error), the customer may cover return shipping.
